Virtua Fighter 6 Teaser Debuts At The Game Awards

It's been nearly two decades since Virtua Fighter 5 was released, but as teased last month by Sega itself, a new sequel is on the horizon. At The Game Awards, Sega debuted the first teaser for Virtua Fighter 6. The original Virtua Fighter debuted in arcades in 1993, where it innovated 3D fighting games. It paved the way for other fighting games like Tekken to follow in a similar style.The previous game in the franchise, Virtua Fighter 5, was originally released in 2006, and it's been remastered a few times, most recently as Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown in 2021.
