Overcooked Studio Reveals Stage Fright, A Co-Op Game Inspired By Luigi's Mansion

Ghost Town Games, the indie team behind the chaotically cute Overcooked series, has revealed Stage Fright live on The Game Awards 2024 stage, a new co-op game. Judging by the reveal trailer, the game seems to hint at a split-screen presentation in which paired players will each have their own problems to deal with in a story that separates them by time and space. The studio said the game combines elements of both the series that put it on the map--the frustrating yet endearing Overcooked--as well as Luigi's Mansion, with a very light spooky vibe all built for two players playing locally or online.
