Final Fantasy XVI's Clive Rosfield Joins Tekken 8 Roster Next Week

At The Game Awards 2024, Bandai Namco has revealed that Final Fantasy XVI's protagonist, Clive Rosfield, will be joining Tekken 8's roster on December 16. Season pass owners will be able to access Clive 72 hours early.The reveal trailer shows Clive fighting against Jin. They both have similar motifs as they can summon a single wing from their backs, which is a thematic fit for the trailer. Clive proceeds to knock Jin around using his flame-based powers that he received from Ifrit. At the end, he summons Ifrit himself to finish Jin off.In Final Fantasy XVI, Clive has powers from multiple elements such as ice, water, lighting, and earth.
