Baldur's Gate 3 Will No Longer Let You Rip Off Merchants After New Hotfix

While Baldur's Gate 3's last patch was a huge file that added a heap of new content and features, its latest hotfix is just a small one. Hotfix 13 is live now, fixing some bugs that impacted merchant transactions, among a few other issues."Traders across Faerûn have been coming to us, claiming that enterprising adventurers have been 'pulling a fast one on them,'" the patch notes read. "We've had a word with their guild, and made them aware of your tricks."The exploit in question was likely introduced in Patch 5, and allowed players to buy as much stock as they wanted from a merchant with a single gold coin and a container.
