House Of The Dragon Season 2 Gets Release Window, As Another GoT Spinoff Begins Shooting Soon

HBO has announced that House of the Dragon Season 2 will debut in "early summer" 2024. Studio boss Casey Bloys confirmed the release window during a media event on Thursday where the network also showed footage of Season 2. However, press were forbidden from talking about what they saw, according to Variety.Additionally, Bloys announced that another Game of Thrones spin-off, A Knight of the Seven Kingdoms: The Hedge Knight will begin filming in Spring 2024. This date could change, though, pending the ongoing SAG-AFTRA strike.House of the Dragon, meanwhile, did not suspend filming during the WGA and SAG-AFTRA strikes because its actors were part of a different labor union.
