Nearly three decades ago, Matthew Lillard had a leading role in the first Scream movie as Stu Macher, one the franchise's initial killers. And while Lillard hasn't played Stu since 1996, he had a very funny response when asked about a potential return in Scream 7."I am [Neve Campbell's understudy], I've been working on my girl-ish figure.
