Hitman 3 VR Developer Has Reportedly Laid Off Almost All Of Its Staff

After launching to mixed reviews earlier this year, Hitman 3 VR: Reloaded developer XR Games has reportedly laid off nearly all of its staff. In a LinkedIn post by the former head of production at XR Games, it's claimed that 72 people from the studio's 84-person workforce were let go."This goes beyond restructuring," the former staff member wrote (via Road to VR and Eurogamer). "I'll keep my thoughts and observations to myself. Today, my focus is on helping those affected."Multiple roles have reportedly been affected across the studio, although XR Games has not officially confirmed that it has carried out this round of layoffs. If the studio is down to just 12 people, this likely doesn't bode well for its upcoming games, Starship Troopers: Continuum and Zombie Army VR.Continue Reading at GameSpot...
