Borderlands 4 Switch 2 Release Date Announced, And It's Not Long After Other Versions

Borderlands 4's release date for Switch 2 has been announced, and it's sooner than some might have thought. The game debuts on September 12 for PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, and it's coming to Switch 2 on October 3, Gearbox boss Randy Pitchford said in a social media post.Some had theorized or feared that Borderlands 4's Switch 2 version might release later in 2025 or possibly in 2026, but that's not going to be the case. Gearbox and 2K Games said from the start that Borderlands 4 would not come to Switch 2 alongside the other versions.
