Walking Dead Star Says The Show Overdid It When This Happened

The Walking Dead actor Andrew Lincoln, who played Rick Grimes on the zombie series, has commented on how he believes the AMC show "over-egged the omelette" at one point. Speaking to Empire, Lincoln said the infamous and gory death of Steven Yeun's Glenn was when the show might have gone too far.On the show (and in the comics) Glenn is brutally murdered by Jeffrey Dean Morgan's Negan, with Negan ferociously bludgeoning Glenn to death with a barb-wire-wrapped baseball bat."I do still think [Glenn's death] might have been when we over-egged the omelette," he said.
