The Wait For Deltarune's Next Chapter Won't Be Very Long

Deltarune Chapter 5 is set to be released sometime in 2026, according to a message at the end of Chapter 4.As spotted by IGN, beating Deltarune Chapter 4 grants players with a message that reads, "To be continued in Chapter 5. 2026." Considering developer Toby Fox went as far as to put this message in the game itself, that's a pretty firm release window for the next chapter in a saga that has been ongoing for quite a while. Deltarune is Toby Fox's spiritual successor to Undertale, a massive indie hit that released in 2015. While Undertale was released all at once, Deltarune has been slowly been released through individual chapters, with in-game menus suggesting there will be seven chapters overall.
