Grit And Valor 1949 Is A New RTS Roguelike Set In A World Where World War 2 Did Not End

Publisher Megabit has announced a dieselpunk real-time tactical roguelike called Grit and Valor - 1949. Developed by Liverpool-based studio Milky Tea, the game is coming to PC, PS5, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch in 2025.The game takes place in an alternate-reality version of Europe where World War II never ended and Axis forces control the continent. "As the last hope to end this brutal conflict, players must join the resistance and escort an EMP device into the heart of enemy territory and destroy their mech production and communications headquarters--Machine Tower," reads a line from the game's description. Megabit is the publishing arm of gaming collective Aonic, which focuses on games from mid-size teams, and Grit and Valor - 1949 is the company's first title to be published under Megabit.Continue Reading at GameSpot...
