Embracer has released its latest earnings briefing, and included in the report is some accounting for how the Alone in the Dark reboot performed commercially.The company said the game didn't do as well as it hoped (via IGN), recording "softer-than-expected performance." Embracer used this language to describe the commercial performance of Alone in the Dark and Outcast: A New Beginning, both of which were published by THQ Nordic.Embracer never said what its sales expectations for Alone in the Dark were in the first place, nor did the company reveal a sales number for the game now.
