Johan Pilestedt, the CEO of Arrowhead and creative director of Helldivers 2, recently stated that it's very unlikely that the studio will ever have a crossover with Halo.The news comes from a quoted tweet by Pilestedt on X/Twitter, in which they responded to a video showcasing Master Chief, Buzz Lightyear, and Starlord in Helldivers 2 fighting Lightning Mcqueen and Skibidi Toilet via mods.
