Following the tragic passing of Gen V star Chance Perdomo, the producers of the series have confirmed they will not recast his role, Andre Anderson.In a statement shared on social media, the producers said, "Everyone at Gen V is determined to find the best way to pay respect to his memory." They said they won't recast the role "because no one can replace Chance."Instead, the producers are now "taking the time and space" to "recraft" the Season 2 storylines ahead of production beginning this month.
