Fortnite Elements Event Adds Avatar Powers, Aang Skin, And More

Fortnite Chapter 5 Season 2 introduced Korra via the battle pass, and since then three more characters from the Last Airbender universe--Toph, Zuko, and Katara--were added to the in-game shop. Now, with the new Elements limited-time event, not only can you wield the power of the four elements in each match, but the accompanying Elements Pass adds Aang to the game for the first time.The Fortnite Elements event begins with the v29.20 hotfix on April 12, and it will run until May 2 at 11 PM PT / May 3 at 2 AM ET. The event has two main features: The Elements Pass which adds new reward tracks for players to earn, and the addition of new elemental weapons to the Battle Royale mode. The new in-game elemental weapons introduce one new item for each of the four elements in The Last Airbender--water, fire, earth, and air--which can be found in designated Shrines, in chests, and as ground loot.
