Nintendo Announces Game Sharing For All Switch Consoles

During the Nintendo Switch 2 broadcast today, the console manufacturer showed off a new feature: GameShare. Players will be able to join up and play together locally using just one copy of a compatible game. Even titles that require multiple screens can be played if one player owns a compatible game.GameShare will be functional across systems, meaning you can join up with local friends whether you own a Switch 2 or its predecessor, the Switch. GameShare also supports the new GameChat feature, which allows players to communicate via voice chat.
