Make your way through the Nautiloid until you trigger a cutscene in which Lae'zel appears, ready to cut you to ribbons. Once she realizes you both share the same breed of Illithid parasite, Lae'zel will suggest you travel together. Take her up on this offer and she will officially join your party.
