Street Fighter 5 Arcade Cabinets Are About To Be Useless

Capcom announced that Street Fighter V: Type Arcade in Japan will shut down on April 1. Players will not have access to any components of the game, including its offline modes.In a press release, Capcom thanked those who have played the arcade cabinets since its release. While the announcement arrived on short notice, Capcom hopes that players will continue to enjoy playing on the cabinets until they shut down. After the arcade cabinets go offline, game data such as stats and titles will no longer be available to view.This announcement only impacts the arcade cabinets in Japan.
