Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth Demo Is Now Live (And Features A Playable Sephiroth)

The highly-anticipated Final Fantasy 7 Rebirth demo is now available to play via the PlayStation Store. Developer Square Enix announced the demo during today's Rebirth-focused State of Play, as well as elaborated on what fans can expect from it.According to the studio, the demo will follow Cloud and Sephiroth on the former-SOLDIERS' final mission together. Both Cloud and Sephiroth will be playable characters throughout the demo, with familiar faces--including Tifa Lockhart--making brief appearances in the infamous flashback sequence.In addition to this announcement, Square Enix also gave fans a deep dive into some of Rebirth's new features. Most notably, the game will now contain a wide array of side quests and mini-games, dialogue options that impact your relationships with other party members, and a Folio system that grants party members new battle abilities.
