Call of Duty's big new Season 1 Reloaded update went live this week in Modern Warfare III and Warzone, but the release was a buggy mess. What went wrong? Raven Software has now given a behind-the-scenes update on the issues and apologized to fans.In a social media post, Raven said the Season 1 Reloaded update released with "some" of the "preemptive setup" that the studio did not intend to release publicly."We unfortunately encountered a conflict between live player data and our servers.
