After suffering multiple delays, the sequel to the iconic 2007 survival horror shooter releases exclusively on Xbox Series X|S and PC on September 5. Like other Xbox exclusives, Heart of Chernobyl will be available on Xbox Game Pass at launch. But if you're a big fan of the series, there are multiple different physical editions up for preorder.
