2024's Warhammer: Space Marine 2 was a big success, and the company that owns the franchise, Games Workshop, is now looking to expand its reach in video games and create another hit title. At least that's the ambition, and it's something the company says is "not a given."Games Workshop CEO Kevin Rountree said in the company's latest earnings report that video game revenue for the company came from "established games" and royalty income from the launches of Space Marine 2 and Warhammer 40,000: Speed Freeks."We recognize that successes like these for Warhammer are not a given in the world of video games.
