After another successful weekend in theaters, Sonic the Hedgehog 3 has now crossed a major commercial milestone that puts the movie in an exclusive club. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 has now earned more than $200 million from the domestic market, becoming just the second video game movie ever, joining The Super Mario Bros. Movie, to reach that mark. Sonic the Hedgehog 3 has earned $204.5 million from the domestic market and $180 million from international territories for a total of $385 million worldwide. The Super Mario Bros.
