The newest entry in the Ghostbusters franchise, Frozen Empire, will hit theaters a little earlier than scheduled. Sony announced that the movie will move up a week, now premiering on March 22, in both IMAX and regular theaters, too. Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire will feature two generations of 'busters teaming up together for the first time to take on an all-new threat and save the world from a second Ice Age. Director Gil Kenan, who co-wrote the screenplay with Jason Reitman, has said he's ready for the next generation of stories for Ghostbusters. "I remember there was a moment halfway through the first morning of directing one of the big scenes where I looked at the monitor, and just caught myself with the biggest grin ever," Kenan said. "Finally, it dawned on me that I was calling 'Action!' and 'Cut!' on some of my very favorite characters in movies, working on a big cinematic scale on something that I really cared about. I try to hold on to that feeling. I still have it now, finishing the film."Continue Reading at GameSpot...
