Jack Black is joining Jason Momoa in the upcoming Minecraft movie, according to Deadline. The announcement of Black joining the cast comes just before production is set to begin in New Zealand.The movie also stars Emma Myers, Sebastian Eugene Hansen, and Danielle Brooks.The Minecraft movie is set for release in April 2025, and it will be directed by Jared Hess.
